Location: Trelavour Road (Pole 7)

Monitoring Period: 24 March 2026 – 19 May 2026

Overview

During this monitoring period, a mobile Speed Indicator Device (SID) was installed on Trelavour Road to record vehicle movements and speeds in both directions. This is a 20 mph road, so particular attention has been given to how many drivers are travelling at or below the speed limit. The data helps the Parish Council understand driver’s behaviour and identify any road safety concerns.

Traffic Volumes

A total of 61,886 vehicle movements were recorded during the monitoring period.

Incoming vehicles: 26,887

Outgoing vehicles: 34,999

Traffic is heavier in the outgoing direction, although both directions show steady and consistent use of the road.
